What is the dealer portal?
Your MarketSnare dealer portal is your central hub for managing your Liberty Safe dealership's online presence. From here you can monitor your website performance, respond to leads, view reports, update your business information, and communicate with your MarketSnare support team.
Navigating the portal
The left sidebar is your main navigation. Here's a quick guide to each section:
- Dashboard — Overview of traffic, leads, and recent activity
- Reports — Detailed reports on SEO, traffic, reviews, and more
- Billing — View invoices and payment history
- Support — Submit requests or review open items with your team
- Knowledge Base — Guides and resources (you're here!)
Setting up your profile
Before your site goes live, your MarketSnare team will ask you to confirm or update your business profile. This includes your address, phone number, hours of operation, and a short business description. Keeping this accurate is important — the information powers your website and your Google Business Profile listing.
Where to update your business info
Go to Account → Business profile to update your information. Changes you save here will sync to your website within 15–30 minutes.
Getting help
If you have questions or something isn't working as expected, use the Support tab to submit a request. Your MarketSnare team typically responds within one business day.
For urgent issues (website is down, payment failed, etc.), mark your support request as High priority — we'll prioritize it.
